摘要
教学秘书是高校基层教学管理工作的实际执行者,发挥上下级教学部门的“桥梁”作用。教学秘书既需应对日渐提升的工作量,也需处理随之而来的职业倦怠。本文从一线教学秘书角度出发,通过职业倦怠理论分析,深入剖析教学秘书工作困境,关注职业间文化壁垒带来的负面影响,揭示了由于工作倦怠引发的个人和组织效能低下的现象。结合社会心理学分析方法和职业生涯规划发展规划相关理论,基于现行管理机制,本文提出破除文化壁垒、提升人力资源配置效率和优化职业发展体系,方可破除岗位困境,提升教学管理效率。
The teaching secretary is the actual executor of the grass-roots teaching management in colleges and universities,and plays the“bridge”role of the teaching departments at the upper and lower levels.Teaching secretaries need to deal with both the increasing workload and the subsequent job burnout.From the perspective of front-line teaching secretaries,through the theoretical analysis of job burnout,this paper deeply analyzes the job dilemma of teaching secretaries,pays attention to the negative impact of inter professional cultural barriers,and reveals the phenomenon of low personal and organizational efficiency caused by job burnout.Combined with social psychology,career planning and development planning means,and based on the current management mechanism,it is proposed to break the cultural barriers,improve the efficiency of human resource allocation and optimize the career development system,so as to break the post dilemma and improve the efficiency of teaching management.
