摘要
高职教育以培养基层生产、建设、服务、管理一线需求的高技能型人才,职业教育具有实用性、开放性、职业性等特征,建设一支具有良好职业道德、深厚学术素养、丰富实践经验的“双师型”教师队伍是高职院校实现人才培养,建设高质量院校的保障。高职院校的人力资源管理主要体现在师资的建设与管理上,本文基于人力资源管理六模块视角,结合对部分高职院校教师的调研数据,分析高职院校“双师型”教师培养存在问题并提出解决对策,为现阶段高职院校师资队伍建设提供思路。
Higher vocational education aims to train high-skilled talents with the first-line needs of production,construction,service and management at the grass-roots level.V ocational educa-tion has the characteristics of practicality,openness and professionalism.To build a"double-qualified"teacher team with good professional ethics,good academic accomplishment and rich practical experience is the guarantee for higher vocational colleges to realize talent training and build high-quality colleges.Human resources management of higher vocational colleges is mainly on the construction and management of teachers,based on the perspective of human resource man-agement of six modules,combined with the survey data of some teachers in higher vocational colle-ges,the analysis of"double type"teachers in higher vocational collges culivate existing prob-lems and puts forward the countermeasure,provides ideas for teaching staff construction in higher vocational colleges at present stage.
