高职院校“双师型”师资培养的国际比较及启示 被引量:26

International Comparison and Inspiration of Double-Competency Teaching Staff Training in Higher Vocational Colleges

摘要 培养一批高素质的"双师型"师资队伍,是关系到高职教育健康发展和人才培养的紧迫问题,也是深化高职教育改革所面临的时代课题。文章从"双师型"教师素质、选拔以及认定标准三个方面入手,对德国、美国、英国、澳大利亚、日本的高职教育师资培养进行比较分析,提出加强我国"双师型"师资培养的一些启示。 Higher vocational education is shouldering the mission of training higher skilled and application - oriented high quality talents. Training a group of high - quality" double - competency" teaching staff becomes an urgent problem that related to the healthy development of higher vocational education and the cultivation of talents, and it is also the contemporary issue of deepening the reform of higher vocational education. This article compares and analyses the experience of higher vocational education teachers training in Germany, USA, UK, Australia and Japan from three aspects : the "double - competency" qualities, selection and determination standards, and puts forward some inspiration from it.
