摘要
发展职业教育就应加强"双师型"教师的培养。以江西部分高职院校"双师型"教师认定标准为例,积极探索完善符合江西高职教育特点的"双师"认定标准和培养途径,以便更好地促进高职教育健康发展。
Cultivating the ＂double-competency＂teaching staff is the centre of developing vocational education.So in order to better tinhe development of vocational education,the recognized criterion of the ＂doublecompetency＂teaching staff and the ways to cultivate them should be explored.
