摘要
近年来,我国汽车数量飞速增长,带动汽车维修领域的发展。汽车制造领域技术飞速发展,对汽车维修也提出新的高要求。高职院校是培养汽车维修类专业人才的主阵地,教师及相关负责人应注重专业人才职业能力培养,根据汽修行业对人才的能力需求,探索人才专业能力培养路径。鉴于此,本文对高职院校汽车维修类专业人才职业能力培养路径的探索与实践进行研究。首先,本文对高职院校强化汽车维修类专业人才能力的必要性进行分析。其次,本文对汽修行业对人才专业能力的需求进行分析。最后,本文对高职院校汽车维修类专业人才职业能力培养路径进行讨论,以期为高职院校汽车维修专业相关工作人员提供帮助。
In recent years,the number of automobiles in China has grown rapidly,driving the development of the fi eld of automobile maintenance.The rapid development of technology in the fi eld of automobile manufacturing also puts forward new high requirements for automobile maintenance.Vocational colleges and universities are the main position for cultivating automobile maintenance professionals.Teachers and related responsible persons should pay attention to the training of professional talents'vocational ability,and explore the path of talent professional ability training according to the ability needs of the auto repair industry for talents.In view of this,this paper studies the exploration and practice of the vocational ability training path of automobile maintenance professionals in vocational colleges.Firstly,this paper analyzes the necessity of strengthening the ability of automobile maintenance professionals in vocational colleges.Secondly,this paper analyzes the demand for professional ability of talents in the auto repair industry.Finally,this paper discusses the vocational ability training path of automobile maintenance professionals in vocational colleges,in order to provide assistance to relevant staff of automobile maintenance majors in vocational colleges.
