华中五味子根际土壤真菌群落特征研究 被引量:6

摘要 为探究华中五味子年限对根际土壤真菌多样性的影响,用Illumina HiSeq高通量测序并结合相关生物信息分析方法,分析了未种植华中五味子(CK)与种植3年(Y3)、6年(Y6)后根际土壤化学性质和真菌群落变化规律以及其关系。结果显示,Y6土壤中铵态氮的含量增加了66.67%、速效磷的含量增加了586.00%、S的含量增加了49.62%;Y6土壤中微量元素Fe3+、Mn2+、Zn2+、Pb的含量分别下降了6.67%、3.93%、11.45%、0.28%;真菌群落物种丰度Y3最高,物种多样性Y3最低。与CK相比,Y6土壤中尖孢镰刀菌属Fusarium降低了52.01%、枝鼻菌属Cladorrhinum降低了72.31%、枝孢霉属Cladosporium降低了23.28%、腐质霉属Humicola降低了30.09%、被孢霉属Mortierella降低了70.61%。本研究表明,华中五味子种植6年后,根际土壤养分状况和土壤真菌群落发生了明显改变。 In order to explore the effect of Schisandra sphenanthera Rehd.Et wils years on rhizosphere soil fungi diversity,Illumina Hisep high throughput sequencing and related bioinformation analysis methods were used to analyze the chemical properties of rhizosphere soil and changes of fungi community after planting for 3 years(Y3)and 6 years(Y6),as well as the relationship between them.The results show that the contents of ammonium nitrogen,available phosphate and S in Y6 increased by 66.67%,586.00%and 49.62%,while Fe3+,Mn2+,Zn2+and Pb decreased by 6.67%,3.93%,11.45%and 0.28%,respectively.The species abundance of fungi community is the highest,and species diversity is the lowest in Y3.Compared with CK,contents of Fusarium,Cladorrhinum,Cladosporium,Humicola and Mortierella in Y6 are decreased by 52.01%,72.31%,23.28%,30.09%and 70.61%,respectively.The results indicate that after Schisandra sphenanthera Rehd.Et Wils.are planted six years,both rhizosphere soil nutrient content and fungi community are remarkably changed.
