师范生劳动教育:价值诉求、核心内容与基本方略 被引量:6

摘要 劳动教育是新时代"五育并举"的核心构成,对培养中国特色社会主义建设者和接班人具有重要价值。作为未来准教师的师范生,既在当前劳动教育落实中扮演着重要角色,也必将在未来推进劳动教育的征程中发挥重要作用。立德树人教育根本任务落实的现实要求、新时代教师队伍建设的前瞻选择和教师自身专业发展的内在驱动是师范生劳动教育的三重价值诉求,而师范生劳动教育的核心内容在于着力塑造劳动价值观、切实培育劳动精神和有效提升劳动能力。由此,推进师范生劳动教育可探索校内与校外场域协同、理论与实践环节互促、职前与职后阶段贯通的基本方略。最终,以师范生劳动教育的不断加强和持续推进,为新时代劳动教育的全面实施和深化积蓄源源不断的动力。 Labor education is the core component of the "five education simultaneously" in the new era, which is of great value for cultivating socialist builders and successors with Chinese characteristics. As future prospective teachers, normal university studentsplay an important role not only in the implementation of current labor education, but also in the future progress of labor education. Besides, there are the triple value demands of the labor education for teachers, that is, the realistic requirements of the implementation of the fundamental tasks of foster virtue through education, the forward-looking selection of the construction of the teaching team in the new era, and the internal drive of teachers’ professional development. And as for the core content of the labor education for normal students, it is to focus on shaping labor values, practically cultivating the labor spirit and effectively improving the labor ability. Hence, the promotion of labor education for normal students can explore the basic strategies of collaboration between the school and the field, the mutual promotion of theoretical and practical links, and the connection between pre-employment and post-employment stages. Taken together, with the continuous strengthening and advancement of labor education for normal students, a steady stream of power will be accumulated for the full implementation and deepening of labor education in the new era, naturally and finally.
