摘要
把立德树人作为教育根本任务,是对"培养什么人,怎样培养人"这一教育根本问题的深刻回答,是对"人德共生"教育传统的创造性继承和创新性发展,是中国共产党思想道德建设和新中国成立以来教育改革发展经验的高度凝练和系统总结,具有深厚的历史积淀和强烈的现实针对性。"立德树人"这一命题深刻蕴含着对立德和树人关系、教育根本任务和人才培养规律的时代性体认和把握。在实践中做好"立德树人"工作,需要着力彰显时代特质、建立完善融入机制、挖掘整合文化资源以及营造构筑良好氛围。
Putting "Strengthening Morality"as education fundamental task,and "training what people,and how to train people"are education fundamental problems to be answered.It matters on"Symbiosis of humanity and morality"education traditional and creatively inherited and development this tradition.By the way,this concept reflects the CPC ideological construction and since new China established educational reform experiences of highly condensed and systematic summary.It has deep history accumulation and strongly reality targeted."Strengthening Morality"emphasizes the relationship between"to establish morality"and "being a human",and also concerns the education fundamental tasks and talents cultivation.In practice,"Strengthening Morality"work needs to show the characteristics of its modernity,sets up aperfect integration mechanisms,and integrates cultural resources as well as to create and build a good atmosphere.
