摘要
采用顶空固相微萃取(HS-SPME)方法提取紫丁香花与花蕾的挥发性成分,经气相色谱-质谱分析,比较紫丁香花与花蕾的香气组成.从紫丁香花中鉴定出15种挥发组分,占总挥发组分相对百分含量的82.70%;从紫丁香花蕾中鉴定出15种挥发组分,占总挥发组分相对百分含量的80.14%.紫丁香花中鉴定出3,7-二甲基-1,3,7-辛三烯即α型罗勒烯,占总挥发组分相对百分含量的45.75%;紫丁香花蕾中鉴定出3,7-二甲基-1,3,6-辛三烯即β型罗勒烯,占总挥发组分相对百分含量的39.61%.
Headspace solid phase microextraction(HS-SPME)was used to extract the volatile components of lilacs flowers and buds.The aroma composition of lilac flower and bud was compared by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The results showed that 15 volatile components in lilac flowers accounted for 82.70%of the relative percentage of total volatile components and 15 volatile components in lilacs buds accounted for 80.14%of the relative percentage of total volatile components.3,7-dimethyl-1,3,7-octatriene,i.e.α-ocimene,was identified as 45.75%of the total volatile components in the lilac flowers,and 3,7-dimethyl-1,3,6-octatriene,i.e.β-ocimene,was identified as 39.61%of the total volatile components in the lilac flower buds.
