摘要
采用同时蒸馏萃取和水蒸汽蒸馏的方法分别对山东寿光产的香椿芽及茎的挥发性成分进行了提取,并且利用GC/MS方法对提取的挥发性成分进行了鉴定.从同时蒸馏萃取和水蒸汽蒸馏提取的香椿芽挥发油中分别鉴定了42种和36种化学成分;从香椿茎中各鉴定了30种化学成分,并且比较了两种方法及两个部位挥发性成分的不同.
Simultaneous distillation and extraction (SDE) and steam distillation methods were applied to extract the volatile oil from sprout and stem of Toona Sinensis Roem respectively. The chemical constituents in the volatiles were identified by GC/MS. The differences of constituents between the sprout and the stem extracted by these two methods were also discussed. 42 and 38 chemical constituents were identified respectively from the sprout by SDE and steam distillation, and 30 from the stem.
