摘要
采用正交试验法从杜仲中提取活性物质,研究其对亚硝化反应的抑制作用。用紫外光解法测定了杜仲提取物对N-二甲亚硝胺(NDMA)体外合成的阻断作用及对亚硝酸钠的清除作用。结果表明:从杜仲中提取抗亚硝化反应活性物质的最佳条件是:料液比为1∶8,在80℃下用70%的乙醇回流提取1 5h。该活性提取物对亚硝胺合成的最大阻断率为78 57%,对亚硝酸钠的最大清除率为73 94%。
The optimum conditions for extraction from Euconmmia ulmoides and its inhibition on nitrosation were studied.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows:concentration of alcohol solution was 70%,the ratio of solid to solution was 1∶8,extraction was carried out at 80℃ for 1.5 hour.The maximum capabilities of inhibiting formation of nitrosamine and scavenging rate of sodium nitrite were 78.57% and 73.94% respectively.
