摘要
本文以水、50%乙醇、50%甲醇作为提取剂,对簕菜茶中的活性物质进行提取,通过采用L9(34)正交实验法提取簕菜茶中的活性成分,确定出最佳提取条件;在模拟人体胃液环境条件下(pH3.0),采用了比色法和紫外光解法分别测定了簕菜茶提取液对亚硝酸纳的清除作用和对N-二甲亚硝胺(NDMA)体外合成的阻断作用。结果表明:从簕菜茶中提取抗亚硝化反应活性成分的最佳提取工艺条件为:以蒸馏水为溶剂,料液比(g:mL)为1:25,沸腾水浴回流2.0h,此簕菜茶提取液对亚硝酸钠的清除作用最高可达75.04%,对亚硝胺合成的阻断率最高可达88.65%。同时比较了簕菜茶提取液清除亚硝酸根及阻断亚硝胺合成的能力。
The purpose of this paper was to investigate the effect of Acanthopanax trifoliatus Tea bud extraction to scavenging nitrite and inhibiting the formation of N-nitrosodimethylamin(NDMA) in vitro.The active substance from Acanthopanax trifoliatus Tea was extracted through different solvents such as distilled water,50% ethanol and 50% methanol.The optimum extraction conditions were obtained by L9 (3^4) orthogonal test, the ratio( g· mL)of solid to solution was 1: 25, the extraction was proceeded for 2h used refluxing. Under those conditions, the maximum capacity of scavenging effect to sodium nitrite was 75.04%, the maximum capacity of inhibition the N-dimethyl nitrosamine was 88.65%.And the inhibition capability of extract to nitrosamine ethylamine and scavenging sodium nitrite capability was compared.
