摘要
细胞生物学是当今生命科学的四个前沿学科之一,对于提高本科生在细胞水平的认知具有重大意义,细胞生物学实验课对于学生较好地掌握这门基础学科至关重要。为了提高学生的实验技能水平,培养创新意识,增强学生学习的自信心和学习兴趣,以及提升课堂教学效果,该文依据“细胞生物学实验”教学现状,从教学理念、教学方法及内容和成绩评定体系等方面对教学改革措施进行了深入探析,以期发挥实验课的实践性优势,从而提高学生的实际动手操作能力及观察分析问题的能力,培养科学、严谨的科研精神,培养创新性强的高素质人才。
Cell biology,one of the four frontier disciplines of life science,is of great significance for improving the cognition of undergraduates at the cellular level.Cell Biology Experiment course is very important for students to master this basic subject well.In order to improve the level of students'experimental skills and cultivate the innovative consciousness,enhance students'learning confidence and interest,and improve the classroom teaching effect,based on the teaching status of the course,this paper carries out an in-depth analysis on the teaching reform measures,from the aspects of teaching idea,teaching method,teaching content and assessment system.The purpose is to give full play to the practical advantages of experiment courses,so as to improve students'practical ability and ability to observe and analyze problems and cultivate scientific research spirit and innovative talents with high quality.
