摘要
本文从当前对实践教学的要求及食品保藏综合实验教学的现状出发,设计了一套以学生能力培养为主线、紧跟科技发展前沿又体现专业办学特色的教学体系。通过实践发现新教学体系有效地实现了学生实验兴趣、实践能力、创新能力及理论素质的提高。
According to the time requirements on practice teaching and the current teaching status of food preservation comprehensive experiment,a new teaching system of Food Preservation Comprehensive Experiments was designed in this article. The new system was based on the main line of the cultivation of the students’ability. The practice contents are up-to-date the development of science and technology and reflect characteristic of the specialty culture. Students' interest,practice ability,innovation ability and the quality of theory were improved through the practice of the new teaching system.
