摘要
本文是在建设高水平理工科大学的背景下,以广东石油化工学院为例,提升教学和科研水平为驱动,提出关于高校教师教学与科研协调发展的解决方案。教学与科研是大学教育的两项重要任务,教学与科研的协调发展不仅促进高校教学质量的提高和科研水平的提升,而且对高水平理工科大学的建设具有重要的推动作用。就此问题,本文分析了高校教师教学与科研的密切关系,并探讨了教学与科研协调发展的四大措施。
Under the background of constructing high-level university of science and engineering,taking Guangdong University of Petrochemical Technology as an example,this paper puts forward solutions for the coordinated development of teachers’teaching and scientific research.Teaching and scientific research are two important tasks of university education.The coordinated development of teaching and scientific research not only promotes the improvement of teaching quality and scientific research level,but also plays an important role in promoting the construction of high-level universities of science and engineering.On this issue,this paper analyzes the close relationship between teaching and scientific research of university teachers,and discusses four measures for the coordinated development of teaching and scientific research.
