摘要
针对福建省5所高职院校295名在校生的问卷调查数据,并利用SPSS软件对数据进行信度分析、描述性统计分析和因子分析。其数据结果显示,创业行为受八大因子影响,其中家庭创业因子、创业个人内在因子和创业能力培养因子对创业行为影响较大,同时,创业意愿对创业行为影响显著。因此,建议高职院校应开展多种形式的创业教育,提高学生创业精神和意愿;注重专业课程应用型技能的培训,提高学生技术应用能力;建立学生创业综合服务平台,营造良好的创业氛围,提高创业成功率。
Based on the questionnaire survey data of 295 students in five higher vocational colleges in Fujian province,SPSS soft⁃ware is used to analyze the reliability,descriptive statistics and factor analysis of the data.The results show that entrepreneurial be⁃havior is influenced by eight factors,among which family entrepreneurial factor,entrepreneurial individual internal factor and entre⁃preneurial ability training factor have a greater impact on entrepreneurial behavior.At the same time,entrepreneurial intention has a significant impact on entrepreneurial behavior.Therefore,it is suggested that higher vocational schools should carry out various forms of entrepreneurship education to improve students'entrepreneurship spirit and willingness;pay attention to the training of ap⁃plied skills in professional courses to improve students'technology application ability;establish a comprehensive service platform for students'entrepreneurship to create a good entrepreneurial atmosphere and ultimately improve the success rate of entrepreneur⁃ship.
