摘要
通过采用实验法研究大学生创业认知的影响因素及其对创业合作和创业意向的影响。结果表明,大学生创业认知受大学生的创业自我效能、他人评价和外在评价感知影响,创业自我效能和外在评价感知对创业意向的影响存在交互作用,创业合作在外在评价感知影响创业意向的过程中起中介作用。当前我国高校创业教育应重视提高大学生创业自我效能,增强创业成功信心,加强创业团队建设。
By adopting the methodology of experiment research, the influencing factors of entrepreneurial cognition and its effect to the entrepreneurial cooperation and entrepreneurial intention have been studied. The results indicated that undergraduates~ entrepreneurial cognition is affected by the self-efficacy, others evaluation, the perceived others evaluation. The entrepreneurial self-efficacy and the perceived others evaluation have played an interactive role in entrepreneurial intention. The entrepreneurial cooperation has served as a mediator in the process of the perceived others evaluation affecting the entrepreneurial intention. Therefore, the entrepreneur education in higher education institutes in China should improve the undergraduatesj entrepreneurial self-efficacy, reinforce the confidence of entrepreneurial success, and pay more attention to the construction of entrepreneurial team.
