低惯量增压器甩油槽结构优化研究

摘要 增压器涡轮端渗油问题对增压器寿命和整车排放有重要影响,其涡轮端渗油主要由于发动机长时间处于怠速工况,进而导致增压器润滑油密封失效最终造成润滑油泄漏。文章针对一款低惯量的汽油机增压器甩油槽进行结构优化,以改善怠速工况密封性能。借助计算机辅助设计和仿真工具,对不同甩油槽设计方案进行在线优化与评价,进而筛选出最佳方案。优化后的增压器甩油槽方案进行台架和转毂测试,其台架试验结果与整车排放试验结果均表明优化后的甩油槽对于发动机涡轮端渗润滑油问题改善明显,对整车颗粒排放同样具有明显的改善效果。 The oil leakage at the turbine side of the supercharger has an important impact on the life of the supercharger and the vehicle emissions.The oil leakage at the turbine side is mainly due to the engine operating in idle for a long time,which leads to the oil leakage failure of the supercharger.This paper optimizes the structure of a low-inertia gasoline engine booster rejection tank to improve the sealing performance at idle condition.With the aid of computer-aided design and simulation tools,online optimization and evaluation of different oil rejection tank design schemes were carried out,and then the best schemes were selected.The optimized turbocharger oil rejection tank scheme was verified on bench and roller testing.Both the bench test results and the vehicle roller test results showed that the optimized oil rejection tank significantly improved the problem of engine oil leakage at the turbine side,as well as the vehicle particles emission was improved too.
