摘要
本文阐述了由镀铬网纹引起的起落架缓冲器渗油的机理,介绍了新型防渗油镀铬封孔工艺及工艺控制要求,为今后改善缓冲器渗油问题,提高活动部件密封性能提供了新的解决途径。
The paper describes the mechanism of oil seepage on landing gear shock absorber caused by chrome plated anilox.It introduces a new process of chromium plating hole sealing to prevent oil seepage and the requirements for process control,which offers a new solution to ease the problem of oil seepage on shock absorber and improve sealing performance of the movable parts in the future.
