摘要
以1款2.0 L涡轮增压直喷汽油机为研究对象,试验研究应用电子增压器(E-Booster)提升涡轮增压发动机低速性能,及改善发动机低转速区涡轮增压动态响应。试验结果显示:应用E-Booster后,1 000 r/min点的外特性扭矩提升近59%,发动机1 000~1 500 r/min低转速区间的扭矩响应时间缩短40%。同时对E-Booster的原理、布置方式、验证试验方法、以及EBooster不同介入程度对发动机运转参数影响进行分析总结,为后期E-Booster广泛应用提供可借鉴的经验和启示。
This paper presents the experimental investigation of the promotions of engine performantes and turbocharger response at low speeds with the application of E-booster (electronic booster) based on a 2.0 L turbocharged GDI (gasoline direct injection) engine. The result shows that the use of E-booster makes the torque of full throttle at 1 000 r/min increase up to almost 59% and the turbocharger responding time at low speeds reduce 40%. Meanwhile, the mechanism of an E-booster, its installation, verification method, and the effect of its involvement level on engine operating parameters are analyzed and summarized, which provides a good reference for a further wide application of E-booster.
