摘要
废气涡轮增压系统有利于改善发动机的动力性、经济性和排放品质等综合性能,因此得以广泛的使用。在对废气涡轮增压器进行设计的过程中,针对其工作过程中存在响应延迟及压缩空气温度过高的问题,提出一定的改进措施,最后分析了当前废气涡轮增压器设计制造的发展趋势。
Exhaust turbocharging system has been widely used because it is propitious to improve combination property of engine, such as power, economy and emission quality. In process of designing, some improvement measures, which are aimed at the response delay and high temperature of compression air of exhaust turbocharger in the working process, have been put forward. Finally, the trends of design and manufacturing of the exhaust turbocharger have been analyzed.
