摘要
常规涡轮增压发动机通过涡轮增压器增压,提高充气效率和燃烧热效率,实现发动机小型化,有效降低车辆的排放和油耗;但其存在增压器响应迟滞现象。采用电子增压器(EBooster)可有效改善增压器响应迟滞现象,显著提升加速响应性和提升低速动力性。另外,采用涡轮增压器和电子增压器协同增压控制系统,可以提升发动机综合性能。对电子增压器的基本结构、安装布置、增压控制及系统匹配进行分析总结。为后期电子增压器广泛应用指明了可借鉴的方向。
In general,the volumetric efficiency and combustion efficiency of conventional turbocharging engines have been improved since turbocharger was utilized.Meanwhile emissions and fuel consumption can also be reduced with engine downsizing strategy.However turbocharger has turbo lag issue,which can be improved effectively by using electronic booster(E-Booster).With an E-Booster,transient response and low end torque are significantly improved.Furthermore the combination of turbocharger and E-Booster enables engine to have better overall performance.The basic construction,installation layout,boost pressure control and system matching are introduced and analyzed to give a reference for a wide application of E-Booster.
