摘要
“五位一体”的建筑类研究生人才培养体系,即:通过“改进教学模式”培养创新意识,“纵向科研课题”培养研究生创新研究能力,“学科竞赛”培养研究生创新设计能力,“横向项目”培养研究生实践能力,“产学研平台”培养研究生实战能力,最终实现建筑类研究生创新和实践能力的全面提升。研究认为,“五位一体”的培养体系,有利于全面、全过程提高建筑类研究生培养质量,提升人才竞争力,但仍须在实践过程逐步优化,才能更好地服务国家城乡建设发展需求。
The"five-in-one"training system for architectural graduate students is:to cultivate innovative consciousness through"improving teaching mode",to cultivate their innovative research ability through"vertical scientific research",to cultivate their innovative design ability through“discipline competition”,to cultivate their practical ability through mechanical projects,and to cultivate their practical ability through the platform for the combination of production,teaching with research.Finally,the innovation and practice ability of graduate students in architecture has been improved in an all-round way.The research shows that the"five-in-one"training system is conducive to the overall process of improving the training quality of architectural graduate students and enhancing the competitiveness of talents,but it still needs to be gradually optimized in the practice process,so as to better serve the development needs of national urban and rural construction.
