摘要
地方高校农业资源与环境学科研究生培养承担着为乡村振兴战略输送高层次创新人才的历史重任。针对地方高校农业资源与环境类研究生创新人才培养瓶颈,文章提出从创新意识、创新思维和创新能力三个方面进行地方高校农业资源与环境类研究生创新人才培养模式,为实施乡村振兴战略,推进区域农业绿色发展提供重要的人才保证。
The training of innovative personnel for postgraduate of agricultural resources and environment in local colleges and universities bears the historical responsibility for delivering high-level innovative talents for the Rural Revitalization Strategy.In view of the bottleneck of innovative talents training for agricultural resources and environment postgraduate in local universities,this paper puts forward the innovative talents training mode for postgraduate of agricultural resources and environment majors in local universities from innovation consciousness,innovation thinking and innovation ability,which provides important talents guarantee for the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy and the promotion of regional agricultural green development.
