摘要
生活水平的不断提高使人们对于生鲜农产品的要求越来越高,特别是对于安全、卫生、绿色的农产品需求愈发旺盛,这带来的是农产品冷链物流的快速发展。但当前云南省的农产品冷链物流的发展正面临着一系列挑战,如生鲜农产品的质量安全问题突出、环境破坏严重、冷链技术水平较低等。在新冠肺炎疫情背景下对农产品冷链安全、绿色等可持续发展要素提出了更高要求,为此,文中对影响云南省农产品冷链可持续发展的动态演化进行了预测,并提出了相应的对策建议。
With the continuous improvement of living standards,people have higher and higher requirements for fresh agricultural products,especially for safe,hygienic and green agricultural products,which brings about the rapid development of cold chain logistics of agricultural products.However,the development of cold chain logistics of agricultural products in Yunnan Province is facing a series of challenges,such as the outstanding quality and safety problems of fresh agricultural products,serious environmental damage and low level of cold chain technology.Under the background of novel coronavirus pneumonia,the higher requirements for sustainable development of agricultural products such as cold chain safety and green are put forward.Therefore,this paper forecasts the dynamic evolution of the sustainable development of agricultural products cold chain in Yunnan Province,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
