摘要
近年来,我国国民经济的快速发展使得居民的生活水平得到相应提高,人们对于生活品质的要求也越来越高,进而对诸如水果、蔬菜和牛奶等生鲜食品和其他需要冷藏的食品的要求也在不断提高,因而冷链物流行业的重要性日益凸显。冷链物流通过保持低温环境提供供应链系统,在这一过程中所需要的制冷手段随着科学技术的进步也在不断提高,但国内外环境对冷链物流的发展有所制约。虽然冷链物流行业的科技水平有所进步,但由于现实需求对冷链物流行业的要求越来越高,冷链物流行业的发展依然存在难题。文中从冷链物流的涵义和发展历程出发,介绍我国冷链物流行业的发展现状,分析冷链物流行业存在的问题并提出相应的建议,进而对行业未来的发展做出展望。
In recent years,with the rapid development of China s national economy,the living standard of residents has been improved correspondingly,people s requirements for the quality of life are also higher and higher,and the requirements for fresh foods such as fruits,vegetables and milk and other foods that need to be refrigerated are also increasing,so the importance of cold chain logistics industry is rising.Cold chain logistics provides the supply chain system by keeping the low temperature environment.In this process,the refrigeration means are improving with the progress of science and technology,but the development of cold chain logistics is restricted by the domestic and foreign environment.Although the level of science and technology of cold chain logistics industry has improved,there are still problems in the development process due to the higher and higher requirements of practical demand for cold chain logistics industry.Starting from the meaning and development process of cold chain logistics,this paper introduces the development status of China s cold chain logistics industry,analyzes the problems existing in the cold chain logistics industry,puts forward corresponding suggestions,and then makes prospects for the future development of the industry.
