摘要
为完善冷链货物陆空联运相关标准体系,探索标准国际化方向,本文使用调查研究、比较研究等方法分析了该领域标准国际化现状及需求。首先将国内外相关标准进行分类对比,并总结了国际标准国内化情况。然后通过SWOT模型分析认为服务类标准和冷链运输用温度记录仪等专业标准可成为国际化推动的重点方向。最后从冷链货物陆空联运业务实际和科技创新角度考虑,提出了冷链陆空联运相关设备和服务标准的开发展望,以解决当前运输业务中难题。
In order to improve the relevant standards system of air-land multimodal transportation of cold chain cargo and explore the direction of international standardization,this paper analyzed the current situation and demand of the internationalization of standards in this field through investigation and comparative study.First,it compared relevant standards at home and abroad,and analyzed the adoption of international standards in China.Secondly,through SWOT model analysis,it made the conclusion that service standards and standards for temperature recorder for cold chain transportation,and cold chain logistics management information system can become the key directions of internationalization of domestic standards.Finally,from the perspective of practical operation and scientific and technological innovation,the paper put forward the development prospect of relevant equipment and service standards of air-land multimodal transportation of cold chain cargo,so as to solve the problems in current transport business.
