Objective: To study the insulation performance of medical cold chain boxes in different seasons, and to explore the necessity of seasonal verification. Methods: One,two, four and six blocks of cold storage agent were respectively placed in the medical cold chain boxes. In the environments at different temperatures, the temperature data of 48 hours were collected by a testo 174H temperature recorder to analyze the holding time at( 2-8) ℃ in the medical cold chain boxes. Results: In the temperature environment of summer, the type of medical cold chain boxes should be equipped with 2 blocks of cold storage agent, and the distribution time should be controlled within 3 hours. In the temperature environment of spring and autumn, the type of medical cold chain boxes should be equipped with 2 blocks of cold storage agents, and the distribution time should be controlled within 48 hours. In the temperature environment of winter, the type of medical cold chain boxes should be equipped with one block of cold storage agent, and the distribution time should be controlled within 50 minutes. Conclusion: In different seasons, the different blocks of cold storage agent should be placed in medical cold chain boxes. Pharmaceutical companies should carry out the verification of incubators respectively in summer, spring, autumn and winter to guide the actual transportation of cold medicines.
