摘要
目的探讨药品在冷链末端配送中的超温管理。方法分析目前市场上药品冷链配送中出现温度偏移超限的原因,并基于物联网、信息系统等技术,以移动冷藏箱为载体,对药品配送过程中的温度进行监控。结果利用物联网技术,在便携冷藏箱上加装温湿度传感器和GPS模块,可以实时获取在途药品储存环境的监测数据,以保证药品存储状态信息的准确和连续。结论药品配送中的超温管理至关重要,其不仅会影响药品的质量和配送成本,还会对消费者的使用安全造成威胁,虽然超温的风险难以完全消除,但通过综合各个角度的系统化改进,能够有效地将风险最小化。
Objective To explore the overtemperature management of drugs in cold chain terminal distribution.Methods The reasons of temperature deviation and overlimit during drug cold chain distribution in the market were analyzed.Based on Internet of things,information system and other technologies,the temperature in the process of drug distribution was monitored with mobile refrigerators as the earner.Results By using the Internet of Things technology,temperature and humidity sensor and GPS module were installed on the portable refrigerator,the real-time monitoring data of in-transit drug storage environment could be obtained,so as to ensure the accuracy and continuity of drug storage state information.Conelusion Over-temperature management in drug distribution is very important,which will not only affect the quality and delivery cost of drugs,but also threaten the safety of consumers.Although it is difficult to eliminate the overtemperature risk completely,the risk can be effectively minimized through systematic improvement from all aspects.
