摘要
冷链物流已成为世界各国改善农产品流通条件、保障农产品质量、提高农产品附加值和提升农产品国际市场竞争力的一种重要技术。文中在对农产品物流与冷链物流相关理论进行阐述的基础上,通过对发达国家农产品冷链物流发展模式的比较研究,结合我国农产品冷链物流发展的现状,借鉴国外农产品冷链物流发展模式运作经验,提出了针对我国农产品冷链物流发展的一些建议。
Cold chain logistics has become an important technology to improve the circulation condition of agricultural products,guarantee its quality,improve the added value in the agricultural products and promote the international competitiveness.Based on the theory of agricultural logistics and cold chain logistics,this paper proposed the some development suggestions by referring foreign experiences,through comparative research on mode of agricultural products cold chain logistics in developed countries and combinating with the development situation of China＇s agricultural products cold chain logistics.
