摘要
近年来,随着经济的提高,人们的生活水平尤其是在食物上面要求越来越高,对容易腐坏的农产品的质量要求也越来越高。这个时候,专为运输这些易腐、易坏的农产品的冷链物流由此产生。冷链物流是把冷藏、冷冻类的农产品从生产、贮藏运输、销售、消费前的每一个环节,都要处于一个已经规定好的低温之下,为了保证农产品的质量,降低其腐坏几率的一种供应链系统工程。通过整理现有文献,本文主要介绍了国外一些冷链物流理论和对策研究,以及国内通过各地区生鲜农产品冷链物流发展现状及对策,农产品冷链物流发展水平评价,一些地区农产品冷链物流需求分析与预测,以SWOT分析农产品冷链物流,国内一些冷链物流企业,配送和农产品冷链物流影响因素等方面剖析我国农产品冷链物流现状和对策研究,最后就冷链物流的现状问题和今后发展进行了分析。
In recent years,with the improvement of economy,people's living standard,especially on food,is becoming higher and higher,and the quality of perishable agricultural products is becoming higher and higher.At this time,the cold chain logistics for the transport of these perishable,perishable agricultural products.Cold chain logistics is a supply chain system engineering that keeps refrigerated and frozen agricultural products from every link before production,storage,transportation,sale and consumption,and is in a well-defined low temperature.In order to ensure the quality of agricultural products and reduce the probability of their decay.By sorting out the existing literature,this paper mainly introduces some foreign cold chain logistics theory and countermeasures,as well as domestic cold chain logistics development status and countermeasures through fresh agricultural products in various regions,evaluation of cold chain logistics development level of agricultural products,Analysis and forecast of cold chain logistics demand in some regions,SWOT analysis of cold chain logistics,distribution and cold chain logistics factors.
