摘要
河南省作为农业大省,农业资源丰富,农产品自身的易损易腐性必然要求农产品冷链物流快速发展。目前,河南省依据其天然的交通优势,农产品冷链物流发展迅速,企业众多,已具备了一定的产业基础,但是仍存在物流行业发展增速放缓、流通成本居高不下、农产品产后损失严重、冷链物流业发展畸形等问题,这与河南省2015年冷链物流发展目标还有较大差距。基于此,本文结合河南省实际,有针对性地提出了冷链人才专业化、冷链服务标准化、冷链资源集约化、冷链政策支持人性化的发展对策。
As Henan is a major agricultural province, rich in agricultural resources, perishable agricultural products require the rapid development of cold chain logistics. At present, with the advantages of natural traffics, cold chain logistics of agricultural products of Henan have been developed rapidly. Although it has laid a certain industrial base, there still exist some problems like decelerated growth of the logistics industry, high circulation cost, serious loss of agricultural production and lopsided development of cold chain logistics, which are far from the development targets of cold chain logistics of Henan in 2015. Combined with the actual situation of Henan Province, this paper puts forward some related countermeasures of personnel specialization, service standardization, resource intensiveness and policy support humanity of cold chain.
