摘要
冷链物流是现代物流业的重要组成部分,更是一个新兴产业。2010年,国家发展与改革委员会制定了《农产品冷链物流发展规划》,首次提出了冷链产业的量化指标。本文运用大量的统计数据,概要分析了全国的冷链物流现状,深入分析了天津市的冷链物流现状,侧重研究了天津市在冷链产业发展中存在的主要问题,并运用供应链的基本理论对冷链体系和冷链流程进行了系统地解析,最后,围绕天津市的冷链产业发展,提出了相应的对策。
Cold chain logistics, as an important part of modern logistics, is an emerging industry. In 2010, ＂Cold Chain Logistics Development Plan of Farm Produce＂ was worked out by National Development and Reform Commission of China, in which the quantification index of cold chain industry was first put forward. The paper, with a large number of statistical data, briefly analyzes the situation of cold chain logistics in China, and explores the situation of cold chain logistics in Tianjin in detail. It particularly studies the main problems in the development of cold chain industry in Tianjin and systematically dissects cold chain system and process with the basic theory of supply chain. Finally, it puts forward the corresponding measures concerning the development of cold chain industry in Tianjin.
