摘要 目的研究没食子药材中的化学成分。方法采用液相色谱-离子阱-飞行时间质谱(HPLC-ESI-ITTOF-MS/MS)法对没食子甲醇提取物进行分析。色谱柱为Phenomenex Synergi■ C18 column(250 mm×4.60 mm,4μm),流动相为甲醇(A)-10 mmol·L^-1乙酸铵溶液(B),梯度洗脱;流速为0.8 mL·min^-1。结合HPLC-ESIIT-TOF-MS/MS提供的化合物精确相对分子质量和多级质谱信息,对没食子药材化学成分进行结构鉴定。结果共鉴定了没食子药材中21个成分。13个成分为首次在没食子中发现,其中11个成分为没食子鞣质类化合物,2个为其他类,并归纳总结了它们的裂解规律。结论建立了一种基于HPLC-ESI-IT-TOF-MS/MS技术对没食子药材中化学成分进行鉴别的方法。13个化合物首次从没食子中发现。该研究丰富了没食子化学成分的结构信息,为其药效物质研究奠定了基础。 Objective To study the constituents of Turkish galls.Methods To analyze the methanol extract from Turkish galls by high-performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization-ion trap-time-of-flight-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-ESI-IT-TOF-MS/MS).The analysis was performed on a Phenomenex Synergi■ C18 column(250 mm×4.60 mm;4μm)with gradient elution of methanol(A)and ammonium acetate solution(B)at the flow rate of 0.8 mL·min^-1.The constituents from Turkish galls were identified according to the relative molecule weight and multistage MS informatics by HPLC-ESI-IT-TOF-MS/MS.Results Twenty-one compounds from were identified.Thirteen constituents were identified for the first time from Turkish galls,eleven of them were gallotannins and two were other compounds,the cracking rules of the components were summarized.Conclusion An efficient method for studying the chemical constituents of Turkish galls by HPLC-ESI-IT-TOF-MS/MS was established.Thirteen constituents were identified for the first time from Turkish galls,and the study provides a foundation for the research of effective substance of Turkish galls.
