摘要 目的优选没食子的水提工艺。方法以鞣质含量、没食子酸含量和浸膏得率为评价指标,选择加水倍量(倍)、提取时间(h)和提取次数为考察因素,采用单因素试验及正交设计法优选没食子的水提工艺。结果最优工艺为用8倍量水,回流提取3次,每次2.5h。结论优选得到的提取工艺简易、稳定,提取率高。 Objective To study the optimal condition for water extraction process of Turkish Galls.Methods The extraction content of tannin,gallic acid and extractum yield were used as the index and orthogonal test design was used to choose the best extraction process.The effects of single parameters such as the extraction time,the extraction frequency,the times of water were separately evaluated by synthesizing multiple guideline method.Results The best extraction process was with 8 times of water,extracted 3 times,2.5 hour for each.Conclusion The optimized process for extracting is feasible,stable and highly efficient.
