摘要
[目的]优化玫瑰花中没食子酸最佳提取工艺。[方法]以玫瑰花水煮液中没食子酸含量为考察指标,通过正交试验优选出最佳提取条件。[结果]确定以1∶30的料液比在100℃下提取3h为最佳提取条件。[结论]该试验采用的方法简单、快捷,可作为玫瑰花中没食子酸的提取方法。
[Objective]The research aimed to study the optimum extraction technology of gallic acid from flos rosae rugosae. [Methods]The best extraction condition was screened by orthogonal experiment according to the content of gallic acid. [Results]The optimum conditions was as fol1ows:100 ℃,for 3 h and solid-liquid ratio was 1∶30. [Conclusions]The extracting method was brief and quick. It provided a way for extracting gallic acid from flos rosae rugosae.
