摘要 目的:探讨玫瑰花总黄酮对脂多糖(LPS)诱导的大鼠乳腺炎的影响。方法:脂多糖注射诱导大鼠乳腺炎,观察玫瑰花总黄酮(200,100 mg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1))给药干预对乳腺组织切片形态学变化、乳腺氧化应激和炎症应激水平的影响。结果:与对照组相比,LPS注射导致大鼠乳腺组织大量炎性细胞浸润,SOD和GPx的活力显著下降,同时MDA水平大幅上升,组织IL^(-1)β、IL-6和TNF-α的水平均显著升高。与模型组比较,低剂量组和高剂量组均能显著改善模型动物乳腺的病理变化,恢复乳腺组织抗氧酶SOD和GPx的活力(P<0.05或P<0.01),降低了MDA的水平(P<0.01),并抑制促炎细胞因子IL^(-1)β、IL-6和TNF-α水平的上升(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:玫瑰花总黄酮有潜在的抗乳腺炎活性。 Objective: To assess the effect of total flavonoids from Rosa rugosa (FRR) on mastitis induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) in rats. Methods: The experimental rat model was induced by injection of LPS. The rats were treated with FRR (200 or 100 mg· kg-1· d- 1 ), and then the morphology changes, oxidative stress and inflammatory stress in mammary tissue were observed. Results: The rat mammary injected with LPS was infiltrated by a large number of inflammatory eells, the activity of SOD and GPx was decreased significantly, and the level of MDA, IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF-α in the tissue was increased notably when compared with there in the control group. Compared with the model group, both low-dose group and high-dose group could significantly improve the pathological changes, as well as restore the levels of antioxidant enzyme SOD and GPx (P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01 ) ,and decrease the level of MDA ( P 〈 0.01 ) and the level of inflammatory cytokines IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF-α ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: FRR shows potential anti-mastitis activity in rats.
