摘要
为了提高压装机对缸盖座圈、导管的压装质量,介绍了压装机压缸的种类及伺服电机压缸的特点,采用理论和试验研究相结合的方法分析了电缸压装缸盖座圈的压力与过盈量的关系、导管压装力与润滑油用量的关系,并提出了最佳的座圈压装过盈量和压装导管的润滑油量。研究结果表明:1)电缸压装机压装缸盖座圈压力曲线与过盈量有关并提出最佳的过盈量0.08~0.10 mm进行座圈压装;2)电缸压装机压装导管时保证导管和缸盖底孔之间有润滑油膜附着可压装合格,压力曲线与喷的润滑油量关系不大,但无润滑油压装导管造成缸盖报废同时会降低压机寿命,本文建议使用润滑油喷涂频率1次/秒。
In order to improve the press-fitting quality of engine seat and pipe,we introduced the types of press-fit machine and the characteristics of servo motor cylinder,analyzed the relationship between the seat press force and the interference amount,and the relationship between pipe pressure and the lubricant amount,and proposed the best interference amount and lubricant amount.The research results showed that:1)the pressure curve of the seat was related to the interference amount,and the optimum interference amount was 0.08 mm to 0.10 mm;2)there was no obvious relationship between the pressure curve of the pipe and the lubricant amount,but press-fitting without lubricant would result in damage of the cylinder cover and reduction of the life of the press-fit machine.Therefore we recommended that the spray frequency of the lubricant should be 1 time/second in the press-fitting process of the pipe.
