摘要 介绍了一种泵控缸系统,泵控缸系统采用低压蓄能器作为辅助油箱,简述了AC伺服泵控液压系统的工作原理,基于AMESim软件,建立该液压系统的整体仿真模型,研究了蓄能器充气气压与补油阀开启压力对液压系统性能的影响,分析了蓄能器充气气压、补油阀开启压力及液压泵泄油压力三者之间的关系,确定了实际样机蓄能器充气压力为3 bar,补油阀开启压力为2 bar时,系统性能较好,为该型液压系统的工程实践提供指导,为进一步优化提供理论依据。 A pump-controlled cylinder system is introduced.The pump-controlled cylinder system uses a low-pressure accumulator as an auxiliary fuel tank.The working principle of AC servo pump-controlled hydraulic system is briefly described.Based on the AMESim software,a simulation model of the hydraulic system was established,and the effects of the accumulator inflation pressure and the charge valve opening pressure on the performance of the hydraulic system were studied.The relationship between the accumulator inflation pressure,the check valve opening pressure and the hydraulic oil pump drain pressure is analyzed.It is determined that the system performance is good when the accumulator pressure is 3 bar and the charge valve opening pressure is 2 bar.which provides guidance for the engineering practice of this type of hydraulic system and provides a theoretical basis for further optimization.
