摘要
建立了直驱式电液伺服系统的数学模型,进行了仿真分析和试验研究。结果表明,在频响不高的场合直驱式电 液伺服装置完全可替代传统的电液伺服装置。
The mode of direct drive electro-hydraulic servo system was established,simulation and test were executed. It is demonstrated that direct drive electro-hydraulic servo system can replace the traditional electro-hydraulic servo system in the low frequency response.
