摘要
该文对一般工程机械零部件的再制造工艺流程做了叙述,对每个过程所用的方法进行详细介绍,并且也叙述了活塞式液压缸再制造的过程,最后对再制造完的某型号液压缸进行试验测试,为工程机械零部件的再制造提供了参考。
The paper analyses the remanufacturing process of general engineering machinery parts,introduces in detail the methods used in each process and also describes the remanufacturing process of piston hydraulic cylinder.Finally,the experimental test of the remanufactured hydraulic cylinder is carried out,which provides a reference for the remanufacturing of engineering machinery parts.
