摘要
针对海上发射火箭的需求,设计了一种采用电动缸双缸驱动的火箭起竖装置,其主要包括起竖架、支承装置、锁紧装置、电动缸等。该起竖架采用两点支撑火箭,可避免结构变形对箭体的影响。建立了起竖装置的三维模型,并对起竖架进行强度校核,分析了不同支撑距离下起竖架的变形量和应力。分析结果表明,所设计的起竖装置结构合理,在起竖过程中结构变形较小,可以满足火箭起竖的要求。
In order to meet the requirement of launching rocket at sea,a rocket erecting device driven by electric cylin-der double cylinders is designed,which mainly includes erecting frame,supporting device,locking device,electric cylinder,etc.The erecting frame adopts two points to support the rocket,which can avoid the influence of structural deformation on the rocket body.The three-dimensional model of the erecting device is established,the strength of the erecting frame is checked,and the deformation and stress of the erecting frame under different support distances angles are analyzed.The ana-lysis results show that the structure of the erecting device designed is reasonable,and the structural deformation is small dur-ing the erecting process,which can meet the requirements of rocket erecting.
