摘要 永磁伺服电机功率因数高,密度大,体积小,具有较为广泛的应用优势。从驱动控制器供电和电流波形角度来看,永磁伺服电机分为正弦波永磁同步电机与无刷直流电机。本文分析了永磁伺服电机的驱动方式及其电机转矩。由于永磁伺服电机驱动方式趋于多样化,人们需要改变多种驱动方式的电流、过载能力以及转矩等,评价其应用优势,确保永磁伺服电机广泛应用于诸多领域。 Permanent magnet servo motors have high power factor,high density,small size,and have relatively wide application advantages.From the perspective of drive controller power supply and current waveform,permanent mag⁃net servo motors are divided into sine wave permanent magnet synchronous motors and brushless DC motors.This pa⁃per analyzed the drive mode of permanent magnet servo motor and its motor torque.As the driving methods of perma⁃nent magnet servo motors tend to be diversified,people need to change the current,overload capacity and torque of various driving methods,evaluate their application advantages,and ensure that permanent magnet servo motors are widely used in many fields.
