摘要
目的了解重庆儿科医生工作满意度的现状及其影响因素。方法 2019年5—7月,采取多阶段分层随机抽样在重庆范围内抽取主城、渝西、渝东北和渝东南4个地区、8家医院的儿科医生共491例进行问卷调查,对回收数据进行单因素方差分析和logistic回归分析。结果儿科医生工作满意度总平均分为(3.01±0.88)分。单因素分析结果显示,年龄、职称、日均工作时长、工作年限和月均收入的满意度得分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。二分类logistic回归分析结果显示,影响儿科医生工作满意度的因素有职称、日均工作时长、儿科工作年限、月均收入。结论儿科医生总体工作满意度水平不高,收入是影响工作满意度的重要因素,日均工作时长与工作满意度呈负相关,有一定工作经验的青年儿科医生工作满意度最低。应从营造良好的儿科诊疗环境、提高儿科医生收入待遇、减轻儿科医生工作负荷、提升青年儿科医生的工作满意度几个方面提高儿科医生整体工作满意度。
Objective To investigate the level of job satisfaction of pediatricians in Chongqing.Methods Multistage stratified random sampling was adopted to extract four areas of the main area,western,northeastern and southeastern in Chongqing from May to July,2019.A total of 491 pediatricians from 8 hospitals conducted a questionnaire survey.Univariate analysis and Binary Logistic regression analysis were performed on the recovered data.Results The average score of pediatrician’s job satisfaction was(3.01±0.88).The results of Univariate analysis showed that the age,professional title,working hours,years of service and income satisfaction scores were statistically significant(P<0.05).Binary logistic regression analysis revealed that the factors affecting the job satisfaction of pediatricians were professional title,working time,length of service and salary income.Conclusion The level of job satisfaction of pediatricians is not high;income is an important factor affecting job satisfaction;the daily working time is negatively correlated with job satisfaction;young pediatricians with certain work experience have the lowest job satisfaction.It is suggested to start from creating good treatment environment,improving the income of pediatricians,reducing the workload and improving the job satisfaction of young pediatricians to improve the job satisfaction of pediatricians.
