摘要
为研究县级公立医院薪酬水平的决定因素,文章利用贵州省2011—2018年县级公立医院数据进行面板回归分析,得出人均地区生产总值、一般公共预算支出、距大城市距离、县医院平均每院病床数、各县区死亡率是影响县级医院医务人员收入的主要因素,并对推开县级公立医院薪酬制度改革+给出了政策建议。
To explore the underlying factors for salary level allocation of public hospitals at county level.It analyzes the panel data from 2011 through 2018 of county public hospitals in Guizhou.The results suggest that key factors which affect the salary levels of county public hospitals,including GDP per capita,general public budget,distance to big city,average number of beds per hospital and death rate of the county.It proposes policy making suggestions for the salary reform of county public hospitals.
