摘要
目的运用描述分析方法探讨县级公立医院薪酬体系的外部问题。方法在文献分析的基础上设计调查问卷并展开现场调查,利用SPSS19.0对数据进行描述统计分析。结果归纳得出补偿制度、薪酬制度、监督管理制度、医保制度、社会认知5个方面的问题。其中补偿制度、薪酬制度方面的问题平均得分相对较低,分别为45.08分和46.95分;社会认知方面的问题平均得分最高为52.84分。结论针对县级公立医院薪酬体系外部问题,应加大补偿力度,完善补偿和薪酬制度、加强对灰色和医保方面的监管力度,完善其相关监督管理制度、加强社会群体对医院的认知,着力推进与深化县级公立医院薪酬改革。
Objective To do description analysis to explore the external problems of county-level public hospital salary system. Method The survey questionnaire was designed and field survey was done on the basis of the literature study. SPSS19.0 was used to do description analysis. Result The five aspects of problems include compensation sys- tem, salary system, supervision and management system, medical insurance system and social cognitive. The com- pensation system and salary system average scores are relatively low, with 45.08 and 46.95 points respectively. The social cognitive aspect of the highest average scores was 52.84 points. Conclusion According to the external problems of county-level public hospital salary system, compensation should be increased, compensation and salary system be improved, the supervision of grey incomes and medical insurance be strengthened, the relevant supervision and management system be improved, and social cognitive be strengthened to promote and deepen the reform of country-level public hospital salary system.
