摘要
目的通过人力资源管理,优化人才资源配置,促进医院科学发展。方法采用实地走访调研、数据统计分析和综合评价法进行人力资源管理考评。结果 (1)促进医院建立健全人力资源管理机构;(2)医院把人力资源管理作为内部管理的重要组成部分,已经纳入整个管理评价体系。结论人力资源管理的关键在于健全人力资源管理体制,增强核心竞争力,保持公立医院旺盛的活力,推动医院可持续发展。
Objective Through human resource management to optimize the allocation of talent resources and promote the scientific development of modern hospitals. Method The human resource management assessment was performed by practice and investigation, statistical analysis of data and comprehensive evaluation methods. Result ( 1 ) To promote the hospital to establish and improve human resource management agencies ; ( 2 ) Hospital takes human resources management as an important part of in- ternal management, which has been incorporated into the overall management evaluation system. Conclusion The key of human resource management is the sound efficient hospital human resource management system, to enhance the core competitiveness and maintain strong vitality of public hospitals to promote sustainable development of the hospital.
