摘要
将胜任力模型理论引入理工科院校实验技术岗位管理工作,探索基于胜任力模型的现代人力资源管理制度体系,为理工科院校招聘、培养和考核优秀的实验技术教师提供理论依据。通过文献分析、实际调研、行为事件访谈及问卷调查等手段,分析了素质模型的内涵特征和理工科院校实验技术岗位要求及标准,构建了理工科院校实验技术岗位胜任力模型。该模型对加强实验室技术教师的科学管理起到了积极作用。
The theory of competence model is introduced into the management of experimental technology posts in science and engineering universities,the modern human resource management system based on competence model is explored,and the theoretical basis for the recruitment,training and assessment of excellent experimental technical teachers in such universities is provided.By means of literature analysis,practical investigation,behavior event interview and questionnaire survey,the connotation characteristics of the quality model,and the requirements and standards of experimental technology posts in science and engineering universities are analyzed,and the competence model of experimental technology posts in such universities are constructed.This model plays a positive role in improving the scientific management of laboratory technical teachers.
