摘要
通过研究构建高职院校教师应具备的胜任力结构模型,编制教师胜任力测评工具实施测评,了解当前在岗教师胜任力水平现状,量化高职教师的工作,从而提高高职院校的教学及管理水平,促进高职教育的科学化和特色化。
By researching and constructing the structure model of the competence of the teachers in higher vocational colleges, the article compiles evaluation tools, which can be used to measure the competence of teachers so as to enhance the teaching and management, and promote higher vocational education with scientific development and its own characteristics.
