摘要
为提升高校实验技术教师岗位胜任力,基于以往研究,以问卷调查方式,从知识素养、专业技能、职业品质和人格特征四个维度进行实证研究,表明高校实验技术岗位具备引入胜任力理论的基础条件,并提出从健全提升机制、完善培养制度、建立评价体系、营造自主成长环境等方面提升高校实验技术教师的岗位胜任力,实现高效实验室工作高质量发展。
In order to improve the post competency of experimental technology teachers in colleges and universities,based on previous research and questionnaire survey,empirical research is carried out from 4 dimensions of knowledge literacy,professional skills,professional quality and personality characteristics.The research shows that experimental technology posts in colleges and universities had the basic conditions for introducing the competency theory.In order to realize the high quality development of efficient laboratory work,it is proposed to improve the post competency of university experimental technology teachers from the aspects of perfecting the promotion mechanism,perfecting the training system,establishing the evaluation system and creating the independent growth environment.
